Maayan has a love and passion for dance and running youth programs. She started teaching dance in high school. Maayan has a dance school called Maayan Academy where aerobics, all different styles of dance, zumba and gymnastics, are taught. She is also a licensed Zumba instructor. Maayan ran her own Professional Sunday program for many years and then joined forces with JCCMP Girls Club, to make it into a professional Sunday program which incorporates Gymnastics, Dance, Art and Swim. She created the Maayan Davis Dance Ensemble a Dance group with which she choreographs dances and performs for many shows and organizations such as Zichron Shlomo, Mikimi, Ohr Nava, Ohel Sara, Chai Lifeline, Rachel’s Place, Ten Yad, Bnot Chaya Academy, Hamaspic, and many more. She has participated in many of these organizations’ projects, such as video productions including Newcomer, Journeys, English to a T, Dance With Me, Changed, Alexandra, Belle and the Baroness, Insight and others you may have heard of. She is also the choreographer for many dances, shows and events. I know you know her famous dance “Ayay” She established the Maayan Davis Entertainment program in which she Emcees and provides entertainment for Bat Mitzvas, birthday parties and other special events to liven up the party by engaging the guests. Her first bat Mitzvah job was when she was 16. She was also the dance director for many camps and this year she is being the camp director at Westpark Daycamp. She coordinates many hotel programs for all ages, baby to teens, creating fun activities and entertainment for all ages. She is currently one of the judges and owners of Girls Talent Tour, a talent show giving girls an opportunity to perform and express themselves creatively.
