Lasagna noodles &ndash uncooked

1 box

Cottage cheese (I use low fat)

3 ½ cups

Sliced cheese (I like gouda)

1 lb (approx.)

Shredded mozzarella

1 lb (approx.)

Pasta sauce

2 large jars

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.

3. Pour enough pasta sauce on the bottom of the pan so that it&rsquos fully lined with sauce.

4. Add your lasagna noodles in a single layer. You may have to break them up a little so that they cover the bottom of the pan.

5. Spread some cottage cheese over the lasagna noodles. Then lay some of the sliced cheese on top of that and sprinkle with a little of the mozzarella cheese.

6. Pour more of the pasta sauce on top. Then add another layer of the noodles and repeat step #5.

7. Repeats steps #5 and #6 until you have filled the pan nearly to the top. Then sprinkle extra mozzarella cheese over the top. You don&rsquot want to fill it up too high or else the aluminum foil will stick to the top layer when it&rsquos in the oven.

8. Cover and bake for 1 hour.

9. Uncover for about 15-20 minutes until the top is golden brown.
