One of the most beautiful Kosherica kosher cruises is to the Mediterranean leaving out of Rome on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. First you will depart from Rome and I encourage you to spend at least one day there before the cruise which is very convenient as the cruise leaves on a Wednesday so there is plenty of time. The Jewish culture (and the food) are incredible in Rome. Kosherica will offer an amazing Jewish history tour of Rome either before the cruise (with a transfer directly to the ship) or after the cruise (with a transfer from the ship) and this will allow you to really get an in-depth history of the Jewish culture along with the beautiful secular landmarks as well.
After your first night on board and your lavish five-course glatt kosher dinner you will sleep soundly and wake up in Livorno which is the port town of Florence. The Kosherica excursion will take you to see the stunning leaning tower of Pisa first and then off to the majestic city of Florence. There you will see the incredible Jewish Synagogue and have some time to do some great shopping in one of the most incredible shopping centers of the world.
You will then have a beautiful and relaxing Shabbat on board the NCL Epic. Kosherica will keep you very well fed with our incredible shabbat cuisine that will mix some traditional favorites with some new and exciting dishes as well. This Glatt kosher feast will leave you relaxed and energized for an amazing few days ahead.
Sunday we go to Barcelona where our guide will take you to see the fascinating Jewish history and the incredible cultural landmarks as well. With Kosherica, our Jewish travelers really get the best of both worlds – the rich Jewish history alongside the wonderful secular sites.
After a stop in Naples our guests will return back to Rome where you are encouraged to do some additional touring and sightseeing. The kosher food in Rome is outstanding so it’s a real treat!
