All brand-new spacious guest rooms at the hotel are demi or one-bedroom suites with private terrace or balcony overlooking lush gardens or the Atlantic Ocean. The chefs and service-oriented banquet staff will be working in concert with the professional kosher chefs of Minkowitz Caterers of Milan. They will create a fantastic culinary experience drawing the best of Italian, continental and traditional Jewish fare. The incomparable Passover culinary delicacies will be under the Glatt Kosher Kashruth Supervision of Rabbi G.M. Garelik of Milan.
