The Augustus chefs and service-oriented banquet staff will be working in concert with the professional Kosher chefs of Minkowitz Caterers of Milan. They will create a fantastic culinary experience drawing the best of Italian, continental and traditional Jewish fare. Their incomparable Passover culinary delicacies will be under the Kashruth Supervision of Rabbi G.M. Garelik of Milan . Your hosts will, once again, be the Minkowitz family.

Traditional Orthodox services along with thought-provoking lectures and discussions, children’s program plus exciting optional sightseeing programs will round out a truly unique Pesach.
