Ingredients

Quantity 

 

Large tomatoes - cut into wedges

 

  3

 

Cucumbers - sliced

 

  2

 

Small red onion - thinly sliced

 

  1

 

Salt and black pepper

 

  To taste

 

Olive oil

 

  4 tbsp

 

Dried oregano

 

  1 ½ tsp

 

Feta cheese - crumbled

 

  200 grams

 

Black olives - pitted, cut in half

 

  ¼ cup

1. Combine the tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in a bowl.

2. Sprinkle salt on the vegetables and set it aside for a few minutes so that the salt can start to bring out the natural juices in the vegetables.

3. Drizzle the olive oil on top. Sprinkle on the oregano and pepper.

4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and the black olives on top.

5. Mix and serve.
