The Norwegian Epic

The Norwegian Epic 350 195 Sarity Gervais

The Norwegian Epic is the latest addition to the Norwegian Vacation Cruise line and when it was completed in Nazire, France, it was the third largest cruise ship in the world. When the Norwegian Epic was officially launched by Reba Mcintyre, the word spread that it was the largest, most modern floating amusement park ever built.

It was the largest Cruise Ship to dock at the New York passenger Ship Terminal.

This ship surpasses the Jewel class at Norwegian Cruise Line’s largest vessel by almost 60,000 GT, introduces free-style, third generation cruising, and though smaller than the Caribbean Allure, it sports features like 4100 passenger cabins, with all outside berth having a balcony.

The Epic caters to solo passengers with studio cabins and a shared living room to socialize and mingle.

Norwegian stated that the Epic will have 60% more passenger accommodation space than any ship in its fleet.

The Aqua Park on board has the only tube and water slide of any ship at sea. It also has a rappelling wall and a 3 lane bowling alley, plus the only ice bar, outside of Copenhagen.

The ship set out to tour the Caribbean islands but shortly thereafter added a summer itinerary to cruise Europe and the Mediterraneans (Marseille, Rome and Barcelona).

The ships capacity is 4,100, which is attended to by a staff of 1,780.

Entertainment on board is eclectic, including &quotThe Blue Men Group&quot, Legends in Concert, jazz clubs and dueling pianos, just to mention a few.

The ship as a whole is so unique in design, revolutionary and innovative, that I and other passengers have attested to walking around in wonder filled sense of discovery. Full glass walls looking out into the ocean, architecture so stunning it was likened to an ultra-modern version of the groundbreaking Titanic, with the exception of massive safety brought on by the most modern innovations.

Cruising on the Epic is indubitably going to be an unforgettable experience, especially if you partake in the sense of instant community created by traveling with Kosherica.

The incredibly beautiful ship, combined with the warmth and wonderful hospitality of amazing people in charge of the Kosherica group, will assure not only a culinary experience unrivaled by anything you have tried before, but also by activities, companionship and discoveries to be sure to warm the Jewish heart.
