SWEET AND CREAMY BLINTZ SOUFFLE

Ingredients

Quantity

Butter &ndash melted

3 tbsp

Frozen blueberry blintzes (can use any flavor you like)

2 packages

Eggs &ndash lightly beaten

Sour cream

1 1/2 cups

Sugar

1/4 cup

Orange juice

1 tbsp

Vanilla extract

1 tsp

Powdered Sugar

 

 

1.     Put the butter on the bottom of a baking dish so that it coats the entire bottom.

2.     Place blintzes in a row on top of the butter.

3.     In a bowl combine the eggs, sour cream, sugar, orange juice and vanilla extract.

4.     Pour the mixture over the blintzes.

5.     Cover and bake for about 55 minutes on 350.

6.     Uncover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the top of the souffle is golden brown.

7.     Optional &ndash sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
