Ingredients

Quantity

Flour

1 cup

Dark brown sugar

1 cup

Quick-cooking oats

¾ cup

Margarine, coconut oil or canola oil (whatever you prefer)

1 cup

Cinnamon

1 tsp

Apples - peeled and cut into small chunks

Canned whole-berry cranberry sauce

1 can

Flour

2 tbsp

 

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and use cooking spray to grease a baking pan of your choosing.

2. For the crumb topping - mix together the flour, brown sugar, oats, oil and cinnamon until it comes to a crumbly consistency.

3. Place the chopped apples directly into the baking pan. Add the flour and toss to combine. Add the cranberry sauce and mix until apples are coated.

4. Using your hands, crumble the oat topping onto the apple mixture in the pan. Make sure all of the apples are generously covered with the crumb topping.

5. Bake for about 35-40 minutes.
