Ingredients

Quantity 

Dark meat chicken on the bone (skin-on) &ndash separated

12 pieces

Salt

½ tsp

Black pepper

¼ tsp

Olive oil

2 tsp

Onions &ndash sliced thin

2

Red pepper &ndash chopped 

1

Green pepper &ndash chopped 

1

Hungarian sweet paprika

¼ cup

Chicken stock 

2 cups

Non-dairy sour cream

½ cup

Flour

1 tbsp

Egg noodles (optional) &ndash cooked 

1 bag

1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken and saute over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown on the outside.

2. Remove chicken from the pan and add the olive oil and flour and saute the onions and peppers. Saute until vegetables are golden brown. Add the paprika and chicken stock. Add the chicken back into the pot.

3. Bring everything to a simmer and leave on the heat for 1 hour.

4. Add in the non-dairy sour cream and cook for another 20 minutes.

5. Recommended to serve over egg noodles.
