Ingredients

Quantity

Cabbage &ndash shredded fine (can also buy pre-shredded)

1 head

Carrot &ndash shredded fine

1

Onion &ndash sliced thin

¼ onion

Red pepper &ndash sliced thin

½ pepper

Fresh broccoli florets

1 cup

Roasted almonds

½ cup

Roasted cashews

½ cup

Craisins or Raisins

½ cup

   

Mayonnaise

½ cup

Water

¼ cup

Apple cider vinegar (can use white vinegar)

1/8 cup

Salt and Pepper

To taste

Garlic powder

½ tsp

Dry mustard powder

¼ tsp

Dried oregano

¼ tsp

Dried basil

¼ tsp

Sugar

2 tsp

 

1.     Combine all salad ingredients together in a large bowl.

2.     Mix together all dressing ingredients. Make sure they are very well combined.

3.     Pour dressing over salad and toss right before serving.

4.     Leftovers will stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
